SOFTWARE & MERCHANDISE RETURNS
As an ONLINE customer of GRS
SYSTEMS, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Sale for your purchases on this web
Defective Product returns (other than software). Defective products will be
replaced. Please contact GRS at email@example.com
to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA Number). We do not accept returns without an RMA number. Returns shipments will be refused without an RMA Number.
Please contact us within 5 business days of your order to place a claim for defective merchandise return.
Merchandise Returns (non defective). If you receive the WRONG merchandise, and this is NOT "special order" merchandise, you may return it to GRS within 5 business days of receipt of order providing you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org FIRST
to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number). We do not accept ANY product returns without an RMA number. Returns shipments will be refused without an RMA Number.
Products eligible for return must be UNUSED and UNOPENED and in re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
If your order has been opened, but unused, and GRS Systems agrees IN ADVANCE at their sole discretion, there may be a restocking charge for your return to repackage the item for resale...however, please discuss this with a GRS Sale Rep at email@example.com FIRST for specifics for an "opened" return and any restocking fees, etc.
Cancellation of Orders - To cancel a 'NON SPECIAL ORDER' order, you MUST
contact GRS Systems FIRST to obtain a Cancellation Number. NO EXCEPTIONS !
Custom Orders are not cancelable!
GRS, in its SOLE DISCRETION, 'MAY' allow the cancellation of NORMAL STOCK
products that are in transit to the customer (this excludes Manufacturers Drop
ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A WRITTEN
'CANCELLATION NUMBER' ISSUED BY GRS SYSTEMS !
Exchanges or Re-Shipments If GRS has mis-shipped you the wrong product(s), we will certainly accept the items back for an EXCHANGE or Store Credit against another item. *** Please note that we MUST receive your item back FIRST before we can reship a NO CHARGE REPLACEMENT to
you, or a NEW charge will be initiated. A CREDIT will then be issued to you
upon the receipt of your returned item.
If you wish us to EXPEDITE a mis-shipment replacement to you prior to GRS Systems receiving your item back to our stocks, we will need to charge you for the new shipment and then issue you a REFUND when your returned item is received by GRS Systems.
Please contact GRS within 5 business days of receipt of your incorrect order to place a claim and to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA Number).
We do not accept returns without an RMA number. Returns shipments will be refused without an RMA Number printed on the OUTSIDE of the shipping container!.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Large items, including Digital Printers, Plotters, Media
Racks, Media Wall Shelves, Computer Systems, Custom Orders and other 'high
value', unusual, or large, bulky items will normally ship from our manufacturers
or vendors directly to you. Please allow 15 DAYS before these items to ship to
you, PLUS time in transit to your location.
While GRS Systems and its vendors and manufacturers make every effort to ship
your order to you quickly, these items may take as long as 30 days to receive in
the USA. Most often, however... these orders are received within 10 business
ABOVE ALL, WE WANT YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE !
We stand behind the quality of the software we sell, and we guarantee that it will function AS ADVERTISED if installed correctly and in use with approved plotters, printers or other approved devices by the software manufacturer..
DEFECTIVE (mechanically defective) SOFTWARE will be replaced to you at no charge in the form of a replacement software package or disc of the SAME brand and content as was originally purchased by the customer..
ALL REQUESTS FOR SOFTWARE & PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE MADE TO GRS BY FAX, E-MAIL, OR ONLINE AT OUR WEBSITE AT WWW.GRS-SYSTEMS.COM.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A GRS "RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION" NUMBER (RMA) ASSIGNED AND AFFIXED TO THE RETURN ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING CONTAINER!.
Packages returned without a VALID RMA number will be returned to the shipper listed on the PACKAGE LABEL !!!.
SOFTWARE WITH A "SECURITY KEY OR "DONGLE"
Software that uses a SECURITY KEY or "DONGLE" **MAY** be authorized for return for UP TO thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with a GRS Return Materials Authorization number.

authorization and for an RMA number.
Returns are allowed at the sole discretion of GRS Systems, LLC.
SOFTWARE WITHOUT A "SECURITY KEY OR "DONGLE"
If you purchase software from GRS WITHOUT A SECURITY KEY or "DONGLE", you agree to the following terms:
1. Damaged or broken media software will be replaced with SAME EXACT replacement software or newer version at the option of GRS Systems. All DAMAGE CLAIMS must be made within 5 business days of shipment receipt.
Software damaged IN TRANSIT must be reported by the CUSTOMER/CONSIGNEE to the shipment carrier company to file a Freight Damage Claim.
GRS Systems is NOT liable for damages, lost or rifled order packages caused to a customer order once it has been accepted by the Shipping Company, such as, but not limited to: UPS, USPS, FED-EX, DHL, PRIVATE COURIER SERVICES or any other freight carrier.
The customer is responsible for ordering Shipping Insurance for his/her order shipment. Please advise GRS Systems if you would like us to include shipping insurance to your order at an additional cost.
2. Only FACTORY SEALED & UN-OPENED / UN-USED / UN-INSTALLED SOFTWARE will be considered for return and must be returned in UN-OPENED / UN-USED ORIGINAL and RE-SELLABLE &
UNDAMAGED RETAIL PACKAGING.
3. GRS will, at its SOLE DISCRETION, issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) after reviewing the details of the
proposed software return.
Packages returned without an AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER marked clearly on the outside of ALL packages WILL BE REFUSED and RETURNED TO SENDER as listed on the Shipping Label..
4. ALL REQUESTS FOR SOFTWARE & PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY FAX, E-MAIL, OR ONLINE AT OUR WEBSITE AT WWW.GRS-SYSTEMS.COM

SPECIAL ORDER SOFTWARE
Special order software and merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE unless the manufacturer agrees to the return,
There will be a Manufacturers/vendor RE-STOCKING FEE of 15 - 20%, dependant upon the Manufacturers policies.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Software Under Warranty)
Software Technical Support is provided by the individual Manufacturers of the software products that GRS Systems sells, demonstrates and/or distributes from their websites, sales offices, warehouses or factory direct.
GRS provides an ONLINE ONLY 'technical support group' as an alternative source for BASIC SOFTWARE SUPPORT (in addition to the manufacturers PRIMARY support) for your convenience only. We urge all software customers to obtain PRIMARY and IN-DEPTH technical support for their software purchases while under warranty directly from the software manufacturer. The contact information for Manufacturers Support is included with each software shipment OR can be obtained form GRS Systems by request at: email@example.com.
Because of past problems with customers ordering software and loading it onto their computers and then returning the software for credit, we MUST insist upon this strict software policy!
The above policies are in line with most major software manufacturers.
We do appreciate your understanding and agreement of these policies as the 'terms of sale' for your product purchases from this web site and by GRS Systems, LLC..
